Truth Matters.

Freedom Requires Accountability.

Truth and Accountability Project Washington (TAPWA) advocates for medical freedom, informed consent, family liberty, and support for those impacted by the COVID-19 public health response.

We bring truth, awareness, and resources to those harmed by medical negligence and public health response policies in our communities & beyond.

This didn’t happen in theory.
Restoring Truth, Trust, and Informed Consent

TAPWA is a grassroots advocacy organization serving Eastern Washington and beyond through education, community outreach, testimony-sharing, and medical freedom resources.

As a chapter of Informed Choice WA, we work to support individuals and families impacted by vaccine injury, mandates, censorship, medical coercion, and violations of informed consent.

We believe truth matters. Human dignity matters. Freedom matters.

WHAT WE DO

We advocate for those affected by pandemic response policies.
We collect and preserve real harm stories.
We push for transparency in public health decisions.
We equip individuals with information to make informed choices.

REAL PEOPLE.

REAL STORIES.

REAL HARM.

On January 28, 2023, nearly 500 individuals gathered to speak openly about the impact of pandemic response policies on their lives.

What they shared is direct, unfiltered, and impossible to ignore.

WHY THIS MATTERS

These accounts were not amplified.

Washington Vaccine Exemption Support

More Washington families are seeking clear, reliable information about school vaccine exemptions, informed consent rights, and medical freedom protections.

TAPWA provides educational resources, advocacy support, and trusted guidance to help parents confidently navigate Washington State exemption requirements.

Whether you are researching your options for the first time or responding to school pressure and policy changes, you are not alone.

  • Washington State allows qualifying exemptions for school and childcare immunization requirements under specific legal categories.

    Families may qualify for:

    • Medical Exemptions

    • Religious Membership Exemptions

    • Personal/Philosophical Exemptions (limited under current WA law)

    • Conditional Status Enrollment options

Understanding your rights, required forms, deadlines, and documentation requirements is critical before submitting exemption paperwork.

    TAPWA encourages parents to:

    • Research current Washington State laws

    • Keep copies of all submitted forms and communications

    • Document interactions with schools when necessary

    • Stay informed as policies continue to evolve

  • Navigating school vaccine requirements can feel overwhelming, especially as more families seek alternatives aligned with informed consent and personal medical choice.

We have gathered educational resources, advocacy organizations, and support tools to help families make informed decisions with confidence.

    Resources may include:

    • Exemption guidance

    • Parent advocacy groups

    • Educational webinars

    • Legal and policy updates

    • School communication templates

    • Informed consent education

    • Community support networks

TAPWA believes parents deserve access to clear information without coercion, fear, or intimidation.

  • Many families face confusion, social pressure, or administrative pushback while navigating exemption decisions.

While TAPWA does not provide legal or medical advice, we aim to connect families with educational information, advocacy tools, and trusted organizations that may help support informed decision-making.

If you are looking for guidance, resources, or community support, we encourage you to reach out.
