Truth Matters.
Freedom Requires Accountability.
Truth and Accountability Project Washington (TAPWA) advocates for medical freedom, informed consent, family liberty, and support for those impacted by the COVID-19 public health response.
We bring truth, awareness, and resources to those harmed by medical negligence and public health response policies in our communities & beyond.
This didn’t happen in theory.
Restoring Truth, Trust, and Informed Consent
TAPWA is a grassroots advocacy organization serving Eastern Washington and beyond through education, community outreach, testimony-sharing, and medical freedom resources.
As a chapter of Informed Choice WA, we work to support individuals and families impacted by vaccine injury, mandates, censorship, medical coercion, and violations of informed consent.
We believe truth matters. Human dignity matters. Freedom matters.
WHAT WE DO
We advocate for those affected by pandemic response policies.
We collect and preserve real harm stories.
We push for transparency in public health decisions.
We equip individuals with information to make informed choices.
REAL PEOPLE.
REAL STORIES.
REAL HARM.
On January 28, 2023, nearly 500 individuals gathered to speak openly about the impact of pandemic response policies on their lives.
What they shared is direct, unfiltered, and impossible to ignore.
FEATURED VIDEO: PANDEMIC RESPONSE HARMS LISTENING SESSION
Hosted by Truth and Accountability Project Washington in collaboration with Informed Choice Washington
At the Wenatchee Convention Center in Wenatchee ,WA
WHAT WAS REPORTED
Injuries and deaths following COVID-19 interventions
Hospital protocol concerns
Careers disrupted by mandates
Families divided under pressure
Long-term impact from school, business, and church closures
KEY FINDING
Following the event, 24 attendees completed non-invasive, FDA-approved heart screenings.
50% showed signs of previously undiagnosed myocarditis.
Included were active-duty military personnel.
Each individual was advised to seek further medical evaluation.
WHY THIS MATTERS
These accounts were not amplified.
They were not investigated.
They were not acknowledged at scale.
So we document them.
We preserve them.
We make them visible.
Hear directly from those impacted.
